I’m Sehar Shahid, a UK-registered pharmacist, independent prescriber, and multi-award-nominated entrepreneur..
As the Founder and Superintendent of 24 HR Pharmacy, Director of The Pharmacy Consultant, and Creator of Dose of Empowerment, my mission is simple — to empower women in pharmacy to lead with purpose, confidence, and grace.

I also serve as the Board Director for the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) in Scotland, where I represent and advocate for the interests of pharmacy professionals, driving progress, innovation, and integrity across the sector.
